DIY Matte Nail Polish

Why pay $10 for an OPI or Zoya matte nail polish when you can DIY it? Making your own matte nail polish takes no time at all and gives you a finished product that’s identical to the real deal.

Step 1: Take a piece of tin foil and lay on a flat surface
Step 2: Pour about a quarter size of a nail polish colour of choice, and a quarter size amount of corn starch beside it
Step 3: Mix the ingredients with the nail polish brush
Step 4: Immediately paint nails (I did 2 coats and started with a clear base coat)
Step 5: Clean up around the nail bed with an alcohol-soaked Q-tip
