Kingston Police and Campus Security issued a warning Wednesday after two acts of indecent exposure in the University District.

The incidents—which took place just 15 minutes apart from each other—occurred on Earl Street between Albert Street and Division Street.

The first incident took place around 9:15 p.m., west of Albert Street. According to Kingston Police, the suspect exposed his genitals to a lone female. The suspect didn’t approach the individual or speak to them.

The suspect was described as a Caucasian male, approximately 5’9, with medium-to-heavy build. He also wore a dark toque, dark grey baggy sweatshirt and loose fitting jeans.

He was last seen walking eastbound on Earl Street.

The second incident occurred shortly after at 9:30 p.m. on Earl Street, near Division Street. The suspect had been following a female from Barrie Street to the intersection of Earl Street and Division Street, where he exposed his genitals to her.

After the incident, she approached another female and walked to the ARC.

The suspect was described as a male with a black beard, approximately 5’8, a normal build and wearing a dark coloured sweater and jeans.

The suspect was last seen in that area.
